10 inch Polypropylene cartridge removes iron, sediments, dirt and dust from water.

The KDF^® cartridge removes 99% of harmful chlorine, oxides and removes the remnant iron, manganese and other common contaminants found in water, giving you the best water possible for your shampoo and bath. Please note that this cartridge needs no change till over 90,000 liters of water. All you may need to do may be to fix it in reverse, say once a year. You only need to take care of the cartridge inside the blue canister, which can be changed by hand. Remember to buy extra cartridge with your purchase.

Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) is a high-purity copper-zinc formulation that uses a basic chemical process known as redox (oxidation/reduction) to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, iron, and hydrogen sulfide from water supplies. The process also has a mild anti-bacterial, algaecidic, and fungicidic effect and may reduce the accumulation of lime scale. Only Parashu^® Geyser filters have this attachment.
